The apartment

A former 55 m² office floor that has kept its light and its open, partition-free layout. An orange wall, terracotta pendant lamps, Berber rugs, vintage furniture and artists’ canvases; through the windows, the ocean, the lighthouse and, on windy days, kitesurf sails out at sea. An apartment for 2, a place to settle into rather than simply pass through.

Location

The neighbourhood faces the coastline: the beach and the medina can be reached without a car. A dry cleaner’s at the foot of the building makes longer stays easier.
