This page explains what information we collect when you use this website or book a stay, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and how to exercise your rights.
Who is responsible for your data
MOGADOR CONCIERGERIE LLC, which operates the Mogador Conciergerie brand (see the legal notice). For any question about your data: contact@mogador-conciergerie.com.
What we collect, and why

Who we share it with
Your data is restricted to the Mogador Conciergerie team and, for the data that concerns them, to:
- the owner of the booked property (name, dates, number of guests), and the cook and the providers of the activities you have chosen (first name, phone number, information needed to provide the service);
- our technical service providers, who act on our instructions: Stripe (payment and card authorisation for the security deposit), Beds24 (management of bookings and calendars), IONOS (email), Vercel (website hosting), Google (analytics, only with your consent); WhatsApp (Meta) if you choose to communicate with us that way.
Some of these providers are based outside the European Union, in particular in the United States (Stripe, Vercel, Google); these transfers are covered by recognised safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework). Our on-site team works in Morocco. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
- Booking data: 3 years after your last stay, then accounting records are archived for the period required by law (up to 10 years).
- Allergies: deleted at the end of the stay.
- Enquiries without a booking: 3 years after our last exchange.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics: 13 months at most.
Your rights
You can at any time ask to access your data, have it corrected or erased, receive it in a portable format, restrict its processing or object to it, and withdraw your consent. Write to contact@mogador-conciergerie.com: we reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country (in France, the CNIL; in Morocco, the CNDP).
