Yes. You can block your dates in the villa’s calendar at any time.
How am I paid?
According to the agreement we draw up together: a commission on bookings, with no hidden fees.
Who takes care of cleaning and maintenance?
Our team on site, under the supervision of our housekeeper: end-of-stay cleaning and minor maintenance, with your own contractors if you have any. Household linen is still provided by the owner.
Where is my villa listed?
On Airbnb, Booking, our website and our social media, with a synchronised calendar to avoid any double booking.
Do I have to give you exclusive management?
That is the case for 90% of the villas we manage: one manager, one calendar, better visibility.
