How do I book a villa or an apartment?
In Essaouira, directly online: a 20% deposit (stay and cleaning fee) is paid when you book. In Marrakech, on request: we confirm availability within 2 hours, before any payment. You can also book with the team on WhatsApp.
What is your cancellation policy?
It is set out in our booking terms (the “Cancellation” clause), which you accept before any payment: the earlier you cancel, the fuller the refund.
Can we bring children, or pets?
Children, always. Pets depend on the house: just ask us.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, in both Marrakech and Essaouira, by private vehicle, to be booked with your concierge.
Which languages can we write to you in?
French, English, Arabic.
