The location is a bit isolated, so it's recommended to have a car. Essaouira is about 15 minutes away. There were a few little things that could still be improved. However, the owner was always reachable, very friendly and reacted immediately. Special mention for Fouzia, the gem of the house, who looked after us with incredible care, from preparing breakfasts to the daily cleaning. A villa with lovely potential, it's a shame it has been left technically neglected and is suffering the ravages of time (visible rust, skirting boards coming away, pests, bare and exposed electrical wiring, broken outdoor furniture, etc.) Many items of equipment listed in the ad but missing when we arrived.”

We were able to contact them for anything we needed throughout our stay. The house itself was amazing! It was more beautiful than in the photos and much bigger than I expected. The exotic animals in the spacious gardens were adorable. There were peacocks, turkeys, chickens, lots of tortoises and much more! Abdul, the resident staff member, was very friendly and helpful. As well as looking after the pool and the animals, he was always happy to drive us into town, and even to Essaouira, which is nearby. He was even kind enough to show us around and take us to restaurants he recommended. We really couldn't have been happier with this stay and we absolutely intend to come back soon! Note: The road to get there is quite bumpy and uneven. However, thanks to the isolated location, we enjoyed total peace and privacy. Also, although we loved the animals, expect to hear roosters and peacocks!”
